Ballymaloe Foods Profits Slow Down

Cork-based relish and sauce producer Ballymaloe Foods has turned over a profit of €165,000 in the year ended 30 April 2017.

The company Hyde Limited, which trades under the name Ballymaloe Foods thereby achieved accumulated profits of over €2.2 million, according to reports by Fora.ie.

The most recent sales figure marked an almost 62% decrease from its profits of €430,000 for the same period the year before, a record figure for the company at the time.

According to Hyde’s latest accounts, its debtors owed the company just over €1 million, while the company’s creditors were due €841,000. Staff wages soared almost 30% from €926,000 to €1.2 million.
