Irish start-up Boutique Bake have launched their range of baking mixes into Musgrave Northern Ireland. Select SuperValu and Centra stores in Antrim, Down & Tyrone will now carry the gourmet baking mixes. The popular range includes a Belgian Chocolate Brownie Mix, Lemon Drizzle Cake mix as well as Rustic Brown Bread to name but a few.
Speaking of the launch into Northern Ireland, founder Catherine Buggy commented: “I am thrilled that my range is now available to all our customers based in Northern Ireland. Our healthy range of baking mixes in particular, are aligned with the continued focus Musgrave NI places on inspiring healthier choices every day”.
The baking mix is currently available in Supervalu NI and will be distributed through Centra in the foreseeable future.
Trading Director of Musgrave NI, Ciara McClafferty, said: “We’re delighted to partner with Boutique Bake to offer a range of their gourmet baking mixes in selected SuperValu stores and in the coming months, a number of our Centra stores will also stock the products.
Earlier this year Boutique Bake expanded their product range, with the introduction of a new range of healthy baking mixes. This range includes a delicious Almond and Cacao Brownie Mix, Oat and Seed Energy Bar Mix and a Cacao Protein Bites Mix – which caters for customers looking for coeliac, vegan and vegetarian-friendly options.
Speaking of Boutique Bake’s new health range, McClafferty said: “This innovative range provides a new healthy variety of convenience products which is important for us to offer our customers, as Health becomes front-of-mind for more and more shoppers across Northern Ireland.’’
The Irish start-up was founded in June 2013 and after initially trading in local farmer’s markets, it officially started to distribute through Irish supermarkets in June 2014.
