Californian style food brand Cali Cali is launching its brand-new street food truck for the first time at the lakeside dining area of The Avon, Blessington, Co.Wicklow, in partnership with O’Brien’s Catering on this Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 July.
According to Cali Cali the street food truck brings together an exciting collaboration of Irish brands and boasts a Californian inspired menu with something for everyone.
"The whole concept of Cali Cali foods began in the street food markets of Los Angeles, the idea was to take the street food flavours and healthy eating trends of California back to Ireland and beyond so to have come full circle where we now have our own Street food truck really is very exciting," Niall McGrath, co-founder of Cali Cali said.
Irish Produce
The street food truck will be serving Irish Manor Farm chicken burgers and wings along with Strong Roots vegan spinach bites, sweet potato fries and Cali loaded fries as well as some surprise specials.
There will also be gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options available.
"The fact that we are an Irish brand is also very important to us and so this venture is based completely around Irish produce while bringing the world of Cali Cali to life," McGrath said.
"We are looking forward to showcasing our products over the next couple of months working with some fantastic Irish food producers," he added.
