The Coca-Cola Company has announced that it has elected two officers to its Board of Directors.
Lisa Chang, who joined Coca-Cola as chief people officer on 1 March, has been elected by the board as a senior vice president.
Chang most recently served as senior vice president and chief human resources officer for AMB Group LLC in Atlanta.
The company's board also elected Ashna Zaheer as assistant corporate secretary.
Zaheer joined the company in 2017 as securities counsel, having previously served as a corporate attorney at Jones Day.

The company confirmed that both elections are effective immediately.
