Dawn Meats and Dunbia – its UK subsidiary – are celebrating over 55 award wins in 2024, having secured a series of accolades for products, sustainability and customer service.
The achievements highlight the company’s ongoing commitment to their Plan Four Zero by leading and executing sustainable practices, and continuing to deliver high quality products to customers.
In total, Dawn Meats and its staff won 30 awards, while Dunbia and its staff won 27.
Dawn Meats took home awards from the World Steak Challenge, the Origin Green Awards, the Waterford Business Awards and the Workplace Excellence Awards, among others.
Dunbia also received awards from a number of places, including the UK’s Food Manufacture Excellence Awards, UK’s Women in Meat Industry Awards and the Meat Management Awards.
Both companies saw products perform well, winning a total of 13 accolades from the Irish and UK Great Taste Awards, as well as six wins at the Irish Quality Food and Drink Awards, two wins at the UK’s Food Management Today Industry Awards.
