The Lindt master chocolatiers combined ‘expertise and the finest ingredients to produce the perfectly round milk chocolate shell with an irresistibly smooth-melting filling with dark chocolate’. Since 1845, Lindt has been dedicated to ‘producing the finest chocolates’, and the recipes are created by the Lindt master chocolatiers. The chocolate box retails at €6.99 and is available in supermarkets nationwide.
Did you know ...? To celebrate St Patrick’s Day, from 14 March Aldi will stock a wide array of wines for under a fiver. The range of wines includes the Pinot Grigio Fizz Can for €1.99 or the Rosé Fizz Can for €1.99. When it comes to sparkling wine, Aldi will also stock the Costellore Prosecco Mini for €3.99 and the Prosecco Rosé Mini for €3.99. For those looking for a light low-alcohol wine, the discounter will also stock the Grapevine 8% Pinot Grigio for €4.99, the Grapevine 8% Pinot Grigio Rosé for €4.99 and the Grapevine 8% Tempranillo for €4.99. At 5.5% ABV, the Featherweight Light Wine Pinot Grigio for €4.49 and the Featherweight Light Wine Zinfandel for €4.49 are low in calories and alcohol content, but ‘not in taste and flavour’.
Did you know ...? Wholesaler Metro AG has noted that it has decided to keep its Russian subsidiary open – a decision that was ‘not made easily’ and followed a ‘careful internal review’. The group, which ‘condemns’ Russia’s attack on Ukraine, noted that its decision to remain open in Russia was influenced by responsibility for its 10,000 colleagues in the country and its supporting role for local businesses.
Did you know ...? Baker Boys in Sligo Town will give free coffee to individuals named Pat, Patricia, Patrick and Paddy on St Patrick’s Day. Owners Jane and Myles Lamberth stated, “We’re already excited to be open all through St Patrick’s Weekend! We’ve all missed the last two years, so this year we’ve lost the run of ourselves and we’re offering all you Patricks and Patricias a free coffee on the big day.”
