HB Hazelbrook Farm has launched the 13th Ice Cream Fundays Campaign in support of Down Syndrome Ireland (DSI), inviting people across Ireland to organise their own ice cream parties to raise funds for DSI.
The campaign is a vital source of funding for the DSI, with funds monies raised helping to run core services in the areas of early development, education, health, speech and language therapy, and independence.
Pat Clarke, CEO of DSI commented at the launch, “The HB Hazelbrook Farm Ice Cream Fundays Campaign is a fantastic and fun way of raising funds for our organisation. The support from both HB and the public means that we can maintain the level and quality of essential services that we provide to our members.”
Speaking about the campaign, Nigel Thomson, Senior Marketing Manager, HB Hazelbrook Farm said, “Down Syndrome Ireland is a really commendable charity and the HB Hazelbrook Farm team is proud to have supported its Ice Cream Fundays campaign for 13 years.”
Broadcasters Ivan Yates and Lottie Ryan were on hand to launch the campaign, joined by 4-year-old Alan Ryan from Dublin and 6-year-old Aaron Duignan from Meath.
