The parent company of Denny, Kerry Foods has launched Fire & Smoke, a new meat product brand brought to consumers by Henry Denny and supported with an integrated marketing plan.
Fire & Smoke’s recipes are inspired by the ‘pitmaster craft of the American Deep South’, using fire and smoke cooking methods to create 7 pre-packed lines of ham, chicken and turkey, as well as two deli-counter lines.
The meat is cooked at a low temperature for a long time, first over flames and then smoked with oak wood chips.

The integrated launch campaign for Fire & Smoke includes a new TV ad created by DDFH&B, and PR and experiential campaign handled by The Reputations agency.
