Stan McCarthy, will retire as Chief Executive of the Kerry Group on 30 September 2017 and as a Director of the Group at year-end, according to it's Preliminary Statement of Results 2016, which it published today (21 February).
McCarthy became Chief Executive of the Group in January 2008.
The global taste & nutrition and consumer foods group, also announced that Edmond Scanlon has been appointed Chief Executive Designate to succeed McCarthy on his retirement.
News of the senior management comes as as the group delivers a strong financial performance including record cash generation in 2016'. It's trading profit increased by 7.1% to €750 million.
