Carol Robert has been announced as Lucozade Ribena Suntory’s chief operating officer for the UK and Ireland following the departure of Peter Harding.
Harding was promoted to CEO of Suntory Beverage and Food Europe.

“I inherit a company in great shape, with a set of leading brands that are fit for the future and I couldn’t be prouder to be leading Lucozade Ribena Suntory.”

Robert joined the group originally in 2013, as the UK managing director, responsible for the Lucozade and Ribena brand in preparation for their sale to the group.
She later joined the executive committee of the newly form LRS group before moving to Belgium to lead the company’s general operations there.
She returned to the UK in 2018 in a European role to accelerate the group\s talent strategy.
