Nespresso Professional celebrates the upcoming party season by collaborating with the five star Marker Hotel for a Parisian Gourmandise ‘Le Drunch’ dining experience.
As for a Parisian inspiration, the menu by Gareth Mullins, executive head chef, combining lunch and dinner, hosted in the contemporary Brasserie Restaurant ‘Le Drunch’, featuring DJ Sally Cinnamon.
"We are also excited to welcome DJ Sally Cinnamon to The Marker, her set will bring a lively vibe to ‘Le Drunch’," said Mullins.
The Marker Hotel has created ‘Le Drunch’ as a lively dining experience designed to be enjoyed as a group.
The Menu
The distinctive menu features Wild Boar Saucisson with White Bean and Garlic Cassoulet accompanied by Trout Rillettes, Short Rib of Beef with a Nespresso Ristretto Glaze accompanied by Pomme Mousseline and Vichy Carrots.
Dessert is a traditional Paris Brest pastry with Nespresso Espresso ice-cream.
