Skincare brand Nivea has announced the launch of its Daily Essentials Cleansing Collection, offering products for all different skin types including normal, dry, combination and sensitive skin.
For sensitive skin, Nivea is offering new Daily Essentials Sensitive 3 in 1 Micellar Cleansing Water, which respects the skins natural balance, as well as Daily Essentials Sensitive Cleansing Milk, free from perfumes, colourants and parabens.
Also in the range is new Nivea Double Effect Eye Make-Up Remover, which uses a bi-phase formula to remove make-up while caring for the delicate skin around the eyes.
The oil phase is designed to remove waterproof mascara and eye make-up without irritating the sensitive eye area, while the “aqueous” phase protects and cares the eyelashes without leaving any oily residue.
The formula is also enriched with cornflower extract, known for its anti-inflammatory properties and being dermatologically and ophthalmologically-tested, is suitable for all skin types and contact lens wearers.
Head of Nivea Face Care Lab, Jessica Schaëfer, commented on the importance of cleansing the face before bed to stop the build up of make-up and grime, and added, “Using a dedicated eye cleanser, such as the Nivea Daily Essentials Double Effect Eye Make-Up Remover, will ensure that all traces of make-up, even stubborn mascara are removed and the eye area is fully cleansed.”
For both normal and combination skin, the range includes a Daily Essentials Gentle Exfoliating Scrub, Refreshing Facial Wash Gel, 2 in 1 Cleanser & Toner, and Refreshing Cleansing Lotion. Every product in the range comes below a RRP of €10.
