Nomad Foods Ltd, the owner of Birds Eye, has announced that it will report its results for the second quarter of 2018, ending 30 June, in early August.
The group, who recently secured the acquisition of Goodfella’s Pizza, aims to release its results before the New York Stock Exchange market opens on 9 August.
The group will will host a conference call with executive managers to discuss the results, as well as adding additional comments and details, scheduled to begin in the early hours of 9 August.
For the first quarter of the year, Nomad Foods reported an increase in revenue of 1.5% to €539 million, with gross profit increasing by 10% to €171 million.
Since releasing those results, the group has acquired the British frozen food maker Aunt Bessie’s from Willian Jackson & Son Ltd for €240 million.
