Nestlé has announced Liesbeth Megens as its new Country Category Manager for Purina Ireland.
The role will see Megens take responsibility for Purina’s category strategy to continue the growth of its pet care brands in the Irish marketplace, which include Winalot and Bakers for dogs, and Felix and Go-Cat for cats.
Megens also sits on the UK & Ireland Board for Purina, and has over 25 years of experience in commercial management roles. She previously held the position of Sales & Marketing manager within Nestlé Purina Netherlands, and spent 5 years in Purina HQ in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Before joining Nestlé in 2001 as a Grocery National Account Manager, she worked in a number of roles within the FMCG sector in Nutricia and Ferrero.
