The Republic of Ireland football captain Seamus Coleman today (12 June) launched the new Spar Better Choices Low Fat Protein Milk and Mega Milk.
The new milk choices are a part of the Spar Better Choices initiative.
The core of the Spar Better Choices initiative is about having the power to make the right choices in order to stay healthy.
'As a professional footballer, Seamus understands the importance of making better choices when it comes to his food and drinks, and he is hoping to inspire people to make healthier choices – continuing with the two milks launched today,' according to a statement.
As a Spar Better Choices brand ambassador Coleman encourages individuals to make healthier meal choices through Spar’s initiative.
"With the Low Fat Protein Milk, Spar are making it easy, convenient and affordable to grow and maintain muscle – something everyone should try to do," highlighted Coleman.

The Spar Low Fat Protein Milk provides 25g of protein, and the Mega Milk contains Vitamin D, Vitamin A and Vitamin E.
