Synergy Flavours, owned by The West Cork based international ingredients Carbery Group, will open its first site in Indonesia.
The site is based in Jakarta and will have application and flavour creation laboratories, according to a statement. It will also provide flavouring support for food and beverage manufacturers in Indonesia and cheese and nutritional solutions.
Dairy flavours are in demand in Indonesia, and Synergy and Carbery Group support the development of dairy products across the region.
