Thanks Plants meal pots have launched this week in Tesco Ireland stores and are already available in Dunnes, SuperValu, and independent stores nationwide.
The new release means that the meal pots will now reach shoppers looking to eat more vegetables in 2025, making healthy resolutions easy.
Just in time for Veganuary and perfect for anyone curious about a plant-based diet, the meal pots are full of protein and fibre, so no one will go hungry while enjoying them.
A convenient option, the meal pots are also available in different globally inspired flavours – Hearty Italian Kale and Bean Stew, Cauliflower and Coconut Dahl, and Thai Yellow Curry – crafted from natural home-made recipes.
The contents of each pot are 100% plant based, have over 20g of protein, are high in fibre and essential nutrients, and contain three of the recommended five-a-day.
Thanks Plants was founded by Aisling Cullen in 2020 – having previously operated a coffee house and restaurant before moving to manufacturing – when she discovered a passion for creating delicious plant-based recipes.
Speaking about the meal pots, Cullen said, “We wanted to create a meal pot that ticks all the nutrient boxes and makes healthy eating so easy and convenient.
“Eat them on their own, or add a crunchy bread roll or rice, for an even healthier meal.
“Our new plant-based meal pots are a reflection of our commitment to making plant-based eating enjoyable, convenient, and environmentally responsible, and we’re delighted to bring Thanks Plants meal pots to supermarket shelves nationwide.
“What makes these meal pots different is that we soak our beans, rather than using tinned ones, which maintains a higher protein level and also tastes a lot better.”
