Budweiser Dream Job are offering up the chance to win a €50,000 cash prize to go towards the pursuit of your dream job.
The project includes ‘Game of Thrones’ star and veteran Irish stage and screen actor Liam Cunningham, who is on the judging panel as well as world renowned Irish DJ/producer Gavin Lynch a.k.a. Matador, and singer and TV presenter, Leanne Moore.
To be eligible for this contest applicants simply must be 18 years or older, and can apply on the Budweiser Ireland Facebook page by telling the judges what their dream job is and why they feel passionate about it.
Applications will be accepted until February 4, 2015. The top five stories that convince the judges will then go on to create a short film with the help of Budweiser to promote their dream career. The videos then will be live on the Budweiser Ireland Facebook page where the public will chose the winner amongst the five.
Cunningham commented, “Most people don’t have the resources or time to really go after their dream career. It can certainly be a bumpy road to success but this is a real opportunity to fast track to the career you’ve always dreamt of. We are looking for people that can show us passion and serious intent to succeed”.
Budweiser Senior Brand Manager, Laura Douglas added: “The winning applicant must convey passion, belief, determination, and demonstrate how they are already taking steps to pursue their dream job in a chosen field as a full-time career. Dream Job will hopefully inspire some of the hugely passionate people living in Ireland today to grab life’s opportunities with both hands and really go after their dreams.”
