Carlsberg Announces Changes To Its Executive Committee

Carlsberg Group has announced a number of changes in its executive committee.

Lars Lehmann has been appointed to Carlsberg Group’s Executive Committee as Executive Vice President for the Eastern European region.

Jacek Pastuszka, the current Executive Vice President Eastern Europe, will move to Western Europe, while current Western Europe Executive Vice President, Chris Warmoth, will revert to Group Strategy as Executive Vice President.

Ted Akiskalos, currently Managing Director of Carlsberg Sweden, will replace Lars as Managing Director of Carlsberg Malaysia.

Lars joined the Carlsberg Group in 2003 and has held various leading positions within the Group, including Vice President Commercial for Eastern Europe and head of the Export, License, and Duty-Free division.

Since 2016, Lars has served as the Managing Director of Carlsberg Malaysia.

Pastuszka has spent three years as Executive Vice President Eastern Europe, having originally joined the company in 2009 as Managing Director of Carlsberg Polska, and in 2011 he became Managing Director of Ringnes, Carlsberg’s Norwegian subsidiary.

Chris joined Carlsberg in January 2014 as Executive Vice President for the Asian region. Throughout the years, Chris has held various executive positions at Carlsberg.
