Clonakilty Brewing Company is set to host a 'Beer-Food Fusion Session' at Fumbally Stables, Dublin on Tuesday, 28 February.
It said in a statement issued today (16 February) that this session is aimed at high end gastro pub and restaurant owners.
The artisan micro-brewery, plans to showcase food pairings and to bring cooking with it's range of beer to the fore. Its three beers; Tojo American Pale Ale, Smuggler Irish Porter and soon to be launched Inchydoney Blond Belgian Wit will be combined with local Irish food by the award winning chef Caitlin Ruth of Deasy’s Harbour Bar & Restaurant.
Clonakilty Brewing Company has been trading locally and in several other select areas since August 2016 and plan to expand nationwide in 2017.
