Guinness has announced it plans to roll out a new series of three-day events call Guinness 232°C, which will run throughout September and October.
The beer and food experiences will take up residency in Bonobo, Jam Park and The Bernard Shaw in Dublin city.
The drink giant said that will will bring together some of the best Irish chefs to command the grills in pubs across Dublin, to cook over live fire.
The Roasters
The concept for Guinness 232°C was reportedly born from the exact temperature Guinness roasts its barley.
'And like the roasters, Ireland’s best chefs are drawn to the challenge of fire. Uncovering great flavour through flame is an adventure, a freedom – a craft,' the group said on a statement.
The event will be curated by food expert, Ali Dunworth.
Seasonal ingredients will 'take centre stage' with dishes using the very 'best quality' produce sourced from local Dublin farms.
