Fallon initially took over from Pat Rigney of The Shed Distillery in March, following his elevation to the chair of Drinks Ireland.

Speaking about his re-appointment, Bryan Fallon said, “Despite sales and exports declining last year due to COVID-19, and other challenges such as Brexit and transatlantic tariff disputes, Ireland’s spirits sector has shown remarkable resilience."

"It’s one of the most exciting and dynamic industries, with innovation at its core. I’m looking forward to working with the industry in 2022 as Chair of Drinks Ireland|Spirits, as we look to recover and grow,” he added.
