Heineken N.V. has announced that it has nominated Ingrid-Helen Arnold as a member of its supervisory board.
The official proposal will be made during the 2019 annual general meeting of shareholders on 25 April, the brewing giant said.
An Industry Veteran
In April 2016, Arnold was appointed the president of SAP's Data Network, and was responsible for building a new 'data as a service' business for SAP at a global level.
Prior to this, she served as the chief information officer, and chief process officer of SAP and played a crucial role in its digital transformation.
She was also a member of SAP's global managing board, head of enterprise analytics and innovative solutions, business controller for the global consulting organisation, and COO for controlling.
Arnold began her career in the finance department of Lafarge in Canada before joining SAP in 1996.
She holds a master's degree in business studies from the University of Applied Sciences in Ludwigshafen in Germany.
