Irish Distillers Pernod Ricard has unveiled a limited edition Jameson whiskey that pays homage to a number of global destinations. The Jameson City Editions features labels depicting Dublin, Amsterdam, Bangkok, London, Moscow, Paris, Singapore and Sydney.
The Dublin variant has gone on sale at The Loop shopping complex at Dublin airport, with each label exclusive to the corresponding city’s key international airport. It retails at €23.50 (1L) for travel outside the EU, and €42.65 (1L) for travel within the EU.
“Jameson City Editions will be housed in the award-winning Irish Whiskey Collection at The Loop," said Nicola Wells, The Loop. "And, with The Loop’s Shop and Collect service, customers can simply buy, leave their purchase at Dublin or Cork airport and conveniently collect on the return journey.”
The launch is being supported with a Facebook competition offering passengers an opportunity to win a retro-inspired travel trunk, which doubles up as a drinks cabinet.
