The Marker Hotel on Grand Canal Square has teamed up with Orpens Cider to create bespoke Orpens Winter Cider.
Executive Chef for The Marker Hotel, Garath Mullins, worked with the Orpens team to create a drink inspired by the hotel's modern surroundings. The drink was created using a base cider and non-traditional ingredients such as star anise, rose and toasted almonds in place of cloves and cinnamon.
Speaking about the partnership, Mullins said, "This partnership cements our commitment to Irish artisan producers and we look to doing further collaborations with the brand and others in the future."
The cider has been available in the Marker bar, brasserie and rooftop since November. It is also on sale at the hotel's pop-up market until Christmas Eve.
