Roe & Co Distillery has announced two new unique and premium experiences to celebrate Valentine’s Day, with either a partner or a friend.
The distillery will run two interactive experiences: ‘Galentine’s at Roe & Co’ on Tuesday 13 February, and ‘An Evening of Roe-mance’ on Wednesday 14 February.
Each event will have several time slots from which to choose, and tickets cost €100 per couple.
The Events
To begin the evening, guests will be welcomed into the home of Roe & Co with a curated Valentine’s cocktail.
One of the brand’s ambassadors will then take the guests on a guided tour of the active distillery.
The tour will move to Room 106, where guests will be treated to a decadent whiskey-and-chocolate pairing.
They will get to sample three whiskeys, each served with a unique chocolate from pastry chef and chocolatier Tara Gartlan. The flavours of the chocolates include pear caramel, passion fruit caramel, and blackcurrant and peanut butter.
Next, there will be an immersive cocktail class, which takes place in the distillery’s ‘Flavour Workshop’. The class will include a demonstration and a taster of two different cocktails, before guests make their own.
The couples will be given creative freedom to create cocktails based on each other’s personalities.
Guests will finish the experience in the Powerhouse Bar, where everyone will be given a bespoke present to take home.
The events are strictly for over-18s only, and the duration is approximately 75 minutes.
Tickets are on sale from today, 1 February, and cost €100 per couple.
