Sip: Tia Merry Espresso Martini
Enjoy the rich flavour of Tia Maria with a festive twist.
INGREDIENTS
25ml Tia Maria
25ml vodka
Double or single shot of espresso
1 crushed candy cane
METHOD
Fill a Martini glass with ice and set aside to chill.
Pour Tia Maria, vodka and espresso into a cocktail shaker.
Fill the rest of the shaker with ice. Shake ingredients together.
Empty the glass of ice and dip the rim of the glass in the crushed candy cane.
Pour in the contents of the shaker using a strainer and sieve into the glass.
Finish with a garnish of three coffee beans.
Savour: Irish Coffee

INGREDIENTS
30ml Irish whiskey
20ml Tia Maria
30ml coffee
Single cream and nutmeg
METHOD
Add Tia Maria, coffee, and Irish whiskey to a glass.
Stir all the ingredients.
Float the cream on top by slowly pouring it over the back of a spoon.
Garnish with nutmeg on the surface.

METHOD
Use a chilled shot glass and pour the Tia Maria.
