Roe & Co. Distillery Launches Second Phase Of Summer Garden Experience

Roe & Co. Distillery has launched the second phase of its Summer Garden experience, with Street by Sunil taking up residence until 27 July.

Multi-award-winning chef Sunil Ghai of Pickle and Street restaurants will take over with his wife, Leena.

The pair will serve an array of dishes focused on traditional recipes from their childhoods in India.

At Street by Sunil, a team of chefs from different regions of India will be making curries, biryanis, tandoori breads, pickles and chutneys as part of the residency.

Well known for his spice expertise, Ghai will be working closely with Roe & Co. bartenders to develop cocktail pairings that will incorporate his unique spice collection and Street’s recipes for home-made lassis (Indian yoghurt–based beverages).

The chef, who will be presenting his favourite dishes on the menu, said, “I always wanted to open something small, for family gatherings, where people can get together with their nearest and dearest and have fun while the team at Street look after them like a family at home.”

With seven weeks left of summer, there is limited time to experience Roe & Co. Distillery’s Summer Garden experience.

Street by Sunil will be in place until 27 July, with bookings available from Thursday to Saturday.

There are seatings available at 6pm and 8pm, and group bookings can accommodate up to 20 people.
