Roe & Co. Distillery will welcome Socafro Kitchen for its Summer Garden Experience residency from 29 August until 21 September.
Socafro Kitchen was founded by Alistair Jeje who offers an enticing fusion of Carribean and Nigerian flavours that pay homage to his roots.
Socafro brings vibrant flavours of Afro-Caribbean cuisine together to create a unique menu fusing the bold, spicy flavours of the Caribbean with the soulful, hearty dishes of West Africa.
From mouth-watering jerk chicken to savoury jollof rice, each dish has something exciting to enjoy.
Socafro takes pride in sourcing ingredients from local suppliers prepared with the utmost care to ensure the freshest and most authentic dishes possible.
Roe & Co. Distillery will also develop a special cocktail to accompany the menu, offering a truly unique experience for diners.
Summer Garden Experience
The Summer Garden Experience kicked off in June with El Migro, followed by Street by Sunil and the Salt Project.
The experience had each restaurant devising a tasting menu for the month-long residency, with the distillery creating custom-crafted whisky cocktails for each menu.
Taking pace in Roe & Co. Distillery in the Liberties, booking is recommended and tables can be reserved on OpenTable, with limited seats available.
The Summer Garden Experience is strictly for over-18s, and tasting menus are €45pp while the cocktail pairing menu is €35pp.
Bookings can be made Thursday to Sunday with 6pm and 8pm sittings, and group bookings accommodating up to 20 people.
