'Food Lover’s Playground’ is set to return to this year Taste of Dublin festival 2018 which will take place from 14 to 17 of June at the Iveagh Gardens, Dublin 2.
Top returning attractions to this year’s Taste of Dublin include the Daily Specials - giving visitors the chance to try out signature dishes from one restaurant each day.
Other attractions over the course of the food and drinks festival include O’Brien’s Wines return with their tasting experience, the Style Afternoon returns on Friday the 15 of June - which is sponsored by Connacht Gold, to name but a few.
Four-Day 'Gastronomic Experience'
“Taste of Dublin is a four-day gastronomic experience that brings so many styles of food and experiences together. It really is the ultimate food lover’s playground,” commented Avril Bannerton, managing director, Taste of Dublin.
“But it’s not just all play, Taste of Dublin aims to educate and inspire through masterclasses and specialised workshops where you really learn exciting cooking skills and tips. Discovering more in-depth knowledge of what you’re passionate about as a food lover is the reason Taste of Dublin attracts such a wide audience,” she added.
Celebrity Chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall of River Cottage has been announced on the line-up.
Candice Brown - of the Great British Bake Off will also be in attendance as part of a chef line-up which includes: Ed Cooney of the Merrion Hotel, Kevin Dundon of Dunbrody House, Rachel Allen of Ballymaloe, Robin Gill - of The Dairy and Masterchef judge, Rory O'Connell of Ballymaloe, Sharon Hearne-Smith - Food Stylist and Cookbook Author and Sunil Ghai - Head Chef of Pickle, among many others.
