ABP has secured 17 awards at the annual Irish Quality Food and Drink Awards, which took place on 10 September at the Mansion House, Dublin.
The company received six gold awards, seven silver awards and four bronze awards for its meat products across nine different categories.
The Irish Quality Food and Drink Awards recognise and celebrate the best retail, wholesale and foodservice food and drink products available in Ireland.
ABP received gold awards across the categories of Beef Steaks Sirloin, Beef Steaks Striploin, Burgers and Meatballs, Reduced-Fat Meat and Foodservice Meat.
ABP’s gold-winning Irish Nature T-Bone Steak also won Foodservice Product of the Year, underscoring the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of the company’s offerings in the foodservice sector.
The company received silver awards in the categories of Beef, Beef Steaks Other Cuts, Beef Steaks Rib-Eye, Beef Steaks Striploin, Burgers and Meatballs, and Reduced-Fat Meat.
‘Truly Remarkable’
Speaking about the recognition, the managing director of ABP Ireland and Poland, Kevin Cahill, said, “We are extremely proud and honoured to continue our success at the Irish Quality Food and Drink Awards.

ABP was recently announced as the first Irish beef processor to launch in the South Korean market by securing an export agreement with K Meat.
