Manor Farm, and a host of well-known Irish chefs such as Adrian Murphy, Darina and Rachel Allen have created a digital chicken recipe book, which when downloaded will raise funds for the Feed the Heroes charity organisation.
The recipe book is available as an e-book for a donation on the dedicated Feed the Heroes cookbook fundraising page.
'All donations from the recipe book will go towards Feed the Heroes, in support of the invaluable work they are doing to support medical workers during COVID-19,' the Irish chicken producer said.
The recipe book has 22 chicken recipes which including a contribution from Manor Farm brand ambassador and the owner of Wildflower, London restaurant owner Adrian Martin.
"We know more people are cooking at home in this current crisis and we hope we can add some variety to their repertoire with many accessible chicken recipes, while also supporting the invaluable work of Feed the Heroes," Martin said.

Manor Farm aims to raise €20,000 by the 20 of May for the organisation as the next phase of quarantine is introduced this month.
“Following HSE and HSPC guidelines, our staff and colleagues have continued to go to work every day in difficult circumstances and can therefore recognise the sacrifices that frontline workers are making on all our behalf," said Brendan Nolan, marketing manager for Manor Farm.
"This book is a thank you to them from Manor Farm,” he added.
