Discount retailer Dealz has opened its 63rd Irish store at Nutgrove Retail Park, Rathfarnham, Co. Dublin.
The store will create 25 new jobs and is Dealz’ second store to open in this catchment area, with the retailer already operating a store in Nutgrove Shopping Centre.
It has a total area of 569 square meters and includes a dedicated space for Dealz' new Pep&Co fashion line. This new 'shop-in-shop' clothes outlet was introduced at 30 Dealz stores in 2018 with steeply discounted prices ranging starting at €1.50 and almost 60% of its items at €5 or less.
The new store was opened last Friday, 23 February, with store opening celebrations taking place from 10am.
Visitors to the new store had the opportunity to win Dealz vouchers ranging from €5 to €50, wth golden tickets for the first 50 customers. Additionally, there was a DJ on site to keep customers entertained throughout the day.
“We are delighted to be launching our second store in Nutgrove,” said Dealz country manager, Darren Jones. “Our first Irish store opened in Blanchardstown in 2011, and since then we have opened 62 stores in Ireland, with 15 of these opening in Dublin. This new store will include our new and exciting fashion brand Pep&Co, offering stylish and affordable fashion for all the family.”
