SIAL Paris is the place to be to discover the most recent novelties as many exhibitors present their products for the first time. To achieve these innovative products a lot of brainstorming is required, which is where SIAL Paris’ Future Lab comes into play.
Future Lab
In 2018, SIAL further proves its role of experiments laboratory and inspiration hub in the food industry thanks to Future Lab. The laboratory will be the buzzing centre of the event. You can follow the progress made in the lab thanks to the hashtag #SIALFUTURELAB. This project encompasses three dimensions, each recognised by their own hashtag.
#SIALFOODLAB: discover more about the future of the food industry with debates about cultivated “meats” or vegetal solutions to feed a growing population.
#SIALRISINGSTARTUP: giving the spotlight to young creators and their ideas for sustainable services, packaging and products.
#SIALVRLAB: a virtual reality lab created with Laval Cirtual/Easycom. This space will offer four virtual reality shows to better understand how technology will revolutionise our daily diet.
The Laboratory will be situated by the entrance of Hall 6 of Paris Nord Villepinte during SIAL Paris from 21 to 25 October 2018.
