Did You Know...? Arla Foods UK has seen its acquisition of Yeo Valley Dairies receive the green light from the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority. The two agreed on an acquisition deal in February, and the CMA has approved the move after a phase one investigation, giving Arla the exclusive rights to use the Yeo Valley brand in the UK market for milk, butter, spreads and cheese products
