Eatlean Protein Cheese from UK-based Joseph Heler diary is now available in Ireland.
The cheese manufacture has collaborated with Dublin-based cheese supplier Traditional Cheese and has since secured listings in a number of Dunnes Stores nationwide.
David Wells, Eatlean Brand Manager, Joseph Heler dairy said; “We look forward to working with Traditional Cheese and Dunnes Stores bringing Eatlean to Ireland – giving health-conscious consumers in Ireland a genuinely new product.”
Seemingly, the cheese delivers 37g of protein per 100g – which is over 40% higher than regular full-fat Cheddar but is 90% lower in fat. The cheese also posses melting qualities of cheddar.
According to Wells: “We’ve been delighted with the response to Eatlean cheese since launch. The product is unique in the cheese aisle - being both low in fat and high in protein means it ticks a lot of boxes for a lot of people, allowing them to get cheese back in their lives once again. We’re proud to say at the Heler dairy that we’ve always been at the forefront of developing new healthy cheese options and this is just the start for Eatlean, with developments already underway on more exciting lines in the range.”
Eatlean Cheese is now available in select Dunnes Stores nationwide.
