The Today’s Women In Grocery (TWIG) networking lunch event will be held in the InterContinental Hotel, Ballsbridge on this coming Friday 25 May.
This event, now in its third year will see leading female figures in the grocery, food and retail sectors gather together to network and discuss the theme ‘Breaking New Ground’.
With a strong speaker panel in the form of Marissa Carter, CEO of Cocoa Brown, Lorraine Higgins, CEO - designate of Retail Excellence Ireland and Alison Cowzer, co-founder of EastCoast Bakehouse, the networking lunch will bring together 450 top tier business women to exchange honest views on business success and to shine a light on issues relevant to women in the grocery industry today.
Supporting Branch
TWIG was founded in 2016 as a supporting branch of the Irish Grocers Benevolent Fund (IGBF) and aims to encourage more female participation in industry events and initiatives.
The IGBF plays a vital role is fundraising for people in the industry that need help.
All funds raised at the TWIG luncheon are donated to the IGBF to support worthy industry causes.
The Twig committee would like to invite guests to join them for an apres lunch networking “GinWag” in the Ice Bar from (4.30pm-6.30pm) over a complimentary Beefeater pink gin.”
