Yoghurt producers The Collective have launched Ireland's first alcoholic yoghurt with a Raspberry & Amaretto Limited Edition flavour as part of their luxury line, known for unique flavours such as Spiced Pumpkin and Blackcurrant & Beetroot.
The product combines live yoghurt with raspberry and almond liquor compote. Like the rest of The Collective's range, this Limited Edition promises to be free from artificial colours, flavours or preservatives as well as being 95% fat free and suitable for vegetarian and gluten-free diets.
The yoghurt is marketed as a dessert or snack for consumers looking for both luxury and health benefits, with packs coming with a spoon for the on-the-go market.
The Collective's Raspberry & Amaretto variety is currently available at Dunnes Stores and independent retailers nationwide, costing €1.49 per 150g pot.
