Aldi Ireland is bringing the celebrated German festival of Oktoberfest to Ireland with a selection of German, Irish and European beers.
From 22 September, everything from classic German beers to non-alcoholic options will be available in Aldi stores around the country, so shoppers can celebrate from the comfort of home.
In addition to a great selection of bottled and canned beers, there will be the Bitburger 5L mini-keg, available for €24.99, for anyone who dreams about pulling a pint at home.
From one of the world’s leading breweries, the keg contains the equivalent of eight pints, making it a great choice for parties.
The keg is available for a limited time only, so get it while it’s still in store.
Along with the keg, Aldi has a selection of German-style beers from Irish brewery DOT Brew.
The beers available include DOT Bock and DOT Helles, both €2.49.
Transport yourself to the beer halls of Bavaria with a refreshing Einsiedler Weissbier (€2.49) or Erdinger Urweisse (€2.69).
For a non-alcoholic alternative that is still within the spirit of Oktoberfest, Aldi has a selection of German 0.0% options, including Bitburger 0.0 (€1.25) and Erdinger 0.0 (€1.95).
