From Monday 6th April onwards, discounter Aldi will stock a new range of GAA ‘Specialbuys’ in store, including a line of hurleys endorsed by Wexford Gaelic footballer and hurler, Lee Chin.
The new line of hurleys will feature Junior, Intermediate and Senior hurleys and will range in price from €8.99 to €15.99.
GAA star Lee Chin commented, “Sourced from a team of crafting specialists in Co. Wexford, the Crane Gaelic Hurleys are made of the highest quality ash timber at the best weight and flexibility.”
Aldi have also launched a range of regulation size sliotars and footballs for training, and junior and senior cup matches. The line of GAA sports balls include the Aldi’s Crane Training Sliotar and Aldi Crane Gaelic Football €8.99 and range in price from €2.99 to €8.99.
Also included in the new GAA sports range are a line of gloves in both junior and adult sizes, ranging from €3.99 to €6.99. It also features a line of GAA approved kid’s helmets for €39.99 and mouth guards for €2.49.
The range will be available in all Aldis nationwide as long as stocks last.
