BWG Foods has been shortlisted for five Irish Sponsorship Awards across its retail brands.
Londis has been shortlisted for Best Multi-Platform Sponsorship, for its work with Ireland’s Fittest Family, proudly sponsored by Londis, and for Best TV Broadcast Sponsorship.
‘A Walk with Johnny’
The Mace team is also shortlisted for Best Use of Social Media, for the ‘Mace Right Options’ campaign, which promotes healthy eating and exercise.
This year’s campaign, called ‘A Walk with Johnny’, consisted of a four-part video series featuring Mace ambassador Johnny Sexton in conversation with Meath footballer Vikki Wall.

EUROSPAR has been shortlisted in the Best Societal Sponsorship category, for its support of the St Vincent de Paul Empty Plate Appeal.
Irish Music Month
XL has been shortlisted in the Best Entertainment & Event Sponsorship category, for its association with Hot Press magazine and 25 IBI radio stations, for a major initiative to promote Irish artists and bands.
According to the retailer, this resulted in significantly increased radio play for the musicians across 25 independent radio stations during Irish Music Month, which takes place in October.
Launched in 2012, the Irish Sponsorship Awards recognise and reward the brands, agencies and media owners that play a critical role in the delivery of world-class sponsorship programmes executed in Ireland.
