CBRE Ireland has announced the appointment of Simon Cooper and Bernadine Hogan as senior directors, as the property firm looks to expand its retail service offering.
Commenting on these new appointments, Florence Stanley, Deputy Managing Director at CBRE Ireland said “I welcome the appointment of experienced retail professionals Simon and Bernadine and believe that they will add considerable value to CBRE’s retail landlord client base”.
Cooper and Hogan both have extensive experience in the Irish retail commercial property sector, having worked on Irish shopping centres including Dundrum Town Centre, Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, Jervis Shopping Centre, Pavillons Swords and Victoria Square Belfast.
The expanded retail department at CBRE Ireland now comprises an team of nine surveyors.
