The Coeliac Society of Ireland, has partnered with SuperValu, for the Gluten Free Living Show that will take place on Saturday the 30 September in Dublin.
According to a recent statement, the show is aimed at people diagnosed as coeliac, as well as those that are living gluten-free.
"There has been lots of talk in recent years about how gluten-free eating is just a ‘fad’ but for those diagnosed with coeliac disease, the only treatment is to follow a gluten-free diet." Fergal O’Sullivan, CEO, The Gluten Free Living Show said.
"The show will be a one-stop-shop for anyone currently on the diet; with a chance to try a wide range of products and get practical advice on staying healthy.’ O'Sullivan added.
The line-up comprises a food fair with a broad range of products on offer.
Other highlights include a cooking demonstration by SuperValu Cooking Ambassador Kevin Dundon and Dietitian, Richelle Flanagan will explain how the importance of understanding how to read labels on gluten free products is essential.
