A study commissioned by French retailer E.Leclerc has found that almost all French consumers (96%) are feeling the impact of rising costs in their shopping baskets, reports ESMMagazine.com. As a result of this inflation, more than seven out of ten French consumers have already had to give up spending on certain products to limit the impact of rising prices on their wallets.
Did you know ...? Packaging firm SIG has successfully raised nearly €204 million by placing 11 million new shares at a price of CHF 19.40 each, reports ESMMagazine.com. The capital increase generated gross proceeds of CHF 213.4 million, which will be used to fund, in part, the acquisitions of Scholle IPN and Evergreen Asia, which were announced earlier this year.
