Did you know ...? Deliveroo and Nana’s Tea have collaborated to mark Halloween with a new Pumpkin Spice Bubble Tea. The festive hot beverage will be available as a milk tea option, featuring black tea, a base of pumpkin purée, topped with cheezo and Lotus biscuit crumbles. The drink will also be available as a pumpkin Frappuccino-style option, featuring Lotus biscuit crumbles, caramel sauce, fresh cream and pumpkin purée. Madeleine Lock, regional manager, Deliveroo Ireland, said, “What better way to mark autumn and Halloween this October than this Pumpkin Spice Bubble Tea!”
Did you know ...? German discounter Aldi Süd has announced that it is set to roll out a range of entertainer Joko Winterscheidt’s JOKOLADE chocolates as part of an exclusive campaign, according to ESMmagazine.com. JOKOLADE has been using Fairtrade-certified cocoa since its launch in early 2021, the discounter noted. Winterscheidt commented, “I think there are enough things in the world that are unfair. Chocolate shouldn’t be one of them. That’s why we are campaigning hard for fair payment, as well as better working conditions, for farmers in the cultivation of cocoa and other ingredients in our chocolate.” The range of chocolates will be available in store from 28 October.
Did you know ...? Retailer Caprabo has announced that it has opened a new supermarket in the parish of La Massana, in Andorra. The move is part of Caprabo’s expansion plan. This year, new-store openings by the retailer have already exceeded last year’s numbers, reports ESMmagazine.com. To date, the company has opened 15 new supermarkets in 13 towns in the four Catalan provinces and Andorra.
