Did you know ...? Krispy Kreme has launched four new limited-edition doughnuts. The Halloween-inspired creations will be available in store from 16 to 31 October. The ‘Fright Nights’ doughnut collection includes the ‘Pumpkin Patch’ doughnut, which has a toffee apple filling. The new vampirical ‘Bite ’n’ Delight’, complete with fangs, has a raspberry filling and icing glaze. The ‘Spooktacular’, a seasonal take on the popular original glazed doughnut, sees it dipped in apple-flavoured icing and topped with Halloween sprinkles. Finally, the Krispy Kreme ‘Howl-o-ween’ doughnut is the original glazed doughnut topped with chocolatey icing in a werewolf design.
Did you know ...? Nestlé has launched millet-based porridges in India, as the food giant seeks to offer nutritious products made of grains such as millet and sorghum. The a+ Masala millet porridges, which can be cooked in two minutes, cater to local nutritional needs and tastes, the food giant noted. The product is made using a blend of locally sourced ingredients, including bajra (pearl millet), barley, vegetables, and a variety of ten spices.
Did you know ...? The board of directors of Coop amba has appointed Jeff Gravenhorst as the chair of Coop Denmark, effective from 1 October 2023. Gravenhorst succeeds Lasse Bolander, who will continue as deputy chair of Coop Denmark’s board of directors until April 2024, to ensure a smooth transition. Bolander will also step down as the chair of Coop amba in April of next year, the company added.
