Did you know ...? This year Gordon’s will be returning to Forbidden Fruit Festival 2023 for the 'ultimate' summer disco themed activation at prime location opposite the main stage. Festival goers can expect throwback tunes provided by DJs, festival glam from the glam squad and Gordon’s G&Ts. Guests can also enjoy some 'exciting giveaways and unexpected fun with the iconic gin bubble volcano'. The weekend will kick off at 2pm on Saturday the 3 of June in Royal Kilmainham hospital.
Did you know ...? Aldi Luxembourg is distributing its weekly brochure via WhatsApp as it seeks to expand its digital accessibility and cut paper use. Every Monday, the retailer sends a link via private message on WhatsApp to customers who have opted for an e-mail leaflet, reports ESMmagazine.com. The link takes consumers directly to the digital version of the leaflet. The discounter claims to be the first retailer in Luxembourg to use the messaging network for this purpose.
Did you know ...? The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) will mark World Food Safety Day with a ‘Breakfast Bite’ webinar ‘Starting a Food Business – What you Need to Know’ on Wednesday, 7 June. The ‘Breakfast Bite’ webinars are a series of free, informal virtual meetings for food businesses and for people who may be thinking of setting up a food business. Participants will hear the FSAI’s Advice Line Team – Niamh Dowling, Chloe Coen and Kevin Rowland – outline best practice on setting up a food business, who you need to contact, and the food legislation with which you need to comply. The webinar is free of charge and the link to register can be found here.
