Donnybrook Mall shopping complex in Dublin 4 has sold to a private investor for €6.6 million. The deal sees a net return of 5.9% and previously was bought in the boom by developer Sean Dunne for €17 million.
The shopping complex is occupied fully at present and was sold under the instructions of PwC’s William O’Riordan according to the Irish Times. The sale was handled by Natalie Brennan of CBRE.
The Donnybrook Mall is anchored by Tesco Express, which has a 25-year lease and pays rent of €80,000. There is also a Lloyds Pharmacy, Doc Morris, Natural Bakery and Expert Hardware in the complex.
