Rents in Dublin’s prime retail locations are anticipated to increase by 7%, according to the recently published Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland, 'Review & Outlook, 2017' report.
It also outlined that rent in the city centre developments are set to increase by 6%.
Growth in all other retail types is forecasted to be in the moderate region of 4% to 5%.
Outside of the capital, in the Connaught and Ulster Regions, up to 5% growth is forecasted for prime city rents.
