Dunnes Stores has reportedly made a third attempt to expand it's outlet at the Beacon South Quarter in Dublin.
This is the Irish retailer has previously made two attempts to expand the Sandyford Business Park outlet since July 2017, reports The Sunday Business Post.
According to the newspaper following the two refusals Clarendon Properties, which operates the Sandyford based retail units has appealed the local authority's decision to An Bord Pleanála.
The Irish property investment company also made the previous applications, on behalf of the family run.
New Plans
The latest plan would mean expanding into another vacant unit within the site, which would increase its current retail unit area by 12%.
The new plans for the supermarket seemingly includes a Baxter & Green deli, Sheridan's Cheesemongers, as well as a James Whelan Butchers.
